Custodian - TSMC PhoenixVerde CleanVerde Clean is seeking reliable and motivated Custodians to support our operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.Available ShiftsMonday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PMSunday-Thursday, 5:00 PM - 1:30 AMWork AreasCustodians may be assigned to one of the following teams:Construction Cleanup TeamClean construction areas and common spaces.Remove dust, debris, and construction-related waste.Prepare newly completed areas for occupancy.Follow all site safety requirements and PPE protocols.Office Cleaning TeamClean offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms.Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.Restock supplies and empty trash receptacles.Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.Essential ResponsibilitiesSweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.Wipe and sanitize desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces.Remove trash and debris.Restock facility supplies.Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.Provide friendly and professional customer service.QualificationsJanitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs.Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.Comfortable working in various environments, including active construction areas and office settings.Why Join Verde Clean?Positive, family-friendly workplace culture.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Community involvement and volunteer opportunities.Commitment to safety, sustainability, social impact, and awesomeness.Equal Opportunity EmployerVerde Clean is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity and inclusion in the workplace.Ready to make an impact at TSMC Phoenix?
