Key Responsibilities for the AP Clerk:
- Process, organize, and file over 100 incoming invoices daily
- Review vendor statements and identify past-due or missing invoices
- Verify invoice approvals and process invoices for payment
- Assist with weekly ACH payment processing and documentation
- Support AP projects, aging reviews, and invoice scanning activities
Qualifications for the AP Clerk:
- Prior accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing high-volume administrative tasks
- Basic Excel and computer skills required
