Right at Home El Dorado Hills - Senior Caregiver Right at Home Folsom Lake is looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in Placerville, Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills and surrounding communities . What You'll Do Provide companionship and personal care Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping Provide dementia and Alzheimer's support Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments Provide medication reminders Observe and report changes in client condition What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and professional Comfortable providing personal care Strong communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation At least 18 years old Able to pass required background screening Must obtain and maintain California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration before client assignment Caregiving experience preferred but not required Current HCA registration or CNA certification is a plus Pay & Benefits $19–$25/hour based on experience, certifications, availability, shift type, and client assignment Flexible scheduling Paid training Opportunities for additional hours Mileage reimbursement where applicable Holiday premium pay $250 bonus after completing 250 client-care hours $250 caregiver referral bonus when your referred caregiver completes 250 client-care hours $25 bonus for designated urgent/flex shifts You'll have the support of a responsive local office while building meaningful one-on-one relationships with the clients you serve.
