• Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
• Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
• Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly
• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price
• Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings

• Generate listing opportunities through prospecting and relationship building

• Conduct listing consultations and present pricing recommendations

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners

• Negotiate offers and guide sellers through the transaction process

• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate records within the CRM

• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone

• Superb communication
• Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
• Comfortable with prospecting and building seller relationships
• Self motivated with excellent organization and follow up skills
• Coachable with a commitment to building a long term listing focused business
