Drive storytelling, recognition, and employee-focused communications that highlight the impact of teams and individuals and contribute to a strong sense of connection and shared purpose.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field, combined with at least 7 years of professional communications experience, ideally within the nonprofit or professional services sector.

A self-motivated, collaborative, creative, and proactive working style, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
Demonstrated commitment to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion, along with the ability to work effectively within equitable and inclusive decision-making environments.
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, willingness to learn new technologies, openness to feedback, and the ability to communicate ideas persuasively across written, verbal, and interpersonal settings.
