What You'll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to ICU patients
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate interventions using the nursing process
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Utilize EPIC documentation for accurate patient records
Delegate and manage nursing team resources prudently
Promote patient safety, privacy, and satisfaction
Follow safety protocols and handle exposure risks associated with healthcare environments

What You Need

Required:

Current RN License in Louisiana
BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications from the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
Proficiency with EPIC documentation system
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
Certification in a clinical specialty area
