Field Team Associate

To grow the community of architecture and design professionals, the part-time Field Team Associate will engage in digital-first prospecting, conduct virtual product demos, and manage outreach efforts to convert potential members into active users, with a focus on building relationships remotely. Key responsibilities Drive outbound growth of the architecture and design member base through LinkedIn prospecting and digital outreach Lead virtual platform demos and onboarding sessions to facilitate member activation and shorten time-to-first-order Consolidate and report field performance data to provide leadership with insights on outreach effectiveness Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in field marketing, inside sales, business development, or community management Strong familiarity with the architecture, interior design, or building materials industry Proven ability to generate responses from LinkedIn and other outbound outreach efforts Comfortable with live virtual presentations and effective written communication Based in Chicago or the Southwest, with the ability to travel approximately 20% for field events
