Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of Registered Nurse Program Minimum of 2 year of management or supervisory experience Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting Experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) systems Responsibilities: Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that they are providing high-quality patient care Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the clinic is running efficiently Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of care Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date Skills: As a Nursing Manager - RN, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage your team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. You will also need to have strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure that the clinic is running efficiently. In addition, you will need to have a strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures to provide guidance and support to your team.
