Personal Assistant to UHNW Family - $100K-$150K + Bonus!

Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an UHNW family. The Personal Assistant will work out of the home office/personal residence of the Principal and will require movement and travel around NYC as needed

Responsibilities Include:

\n

\n
• Provide administrative assistance to Principal and family as needed
\n
• Schedule all appointments and meetings
\n
• Take notes during meetings to ensure timely follow-up on action items
\n
• Manage personal correspondence including drafting thank you notes and arranging gifts
\n
• Handle personal travel for Principal/family including flights, ground transportation, Visas when necessary and hotels, will include private aviation at times
\n
• Plan and coordinate family events, dinners and gatherings
\n
• Perform personal errands as needed
\n

Requirements Include:

\n

\n
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record of PA support in the home supporting an UHNW individual and family
\n
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality to the highest degree and discretion in all circumstances
\n
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle projects with minimal supervision
\n
