Case Manager: Discharge & Utilization Specialist

Select Specialty Hospital - Boardman

Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a Case Manager for a full-time, weekday schedule in our Critical Illness Recovery Hospital. The role requires licensure in nursing, RT, or Social Work per state guidelines and prefers candidates with discharge planning experience. The Case Manager will handle utilization reviews, discharge planning, treatment and financial management while coordinating with payors and a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality post-ICU care for chronically ill patients. #J-18808-Ljbffr Select Specialty Hospital
