Housing Navigator — Help People Secure Permanent Housing
Hope The Mission
Hope the Mission is seeking a Housing Navigator (FT & PT) to help move people from homelessness into permanent housing. This field-based role collaborates with participants, landlords, and service providers to assess needs, develop individualized housing plans, and guide clients through applications, vouchers, move-in, and stabilization. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work across LA programs (Section 8, VASH, DHS Housing for Health) and maintain HMIS documentation, meet performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Hope The Mission
