Position Overview One to One Observer Location: Mount Holly - 175 Madison Avenue Remote Type: On‑Site Employment Type: Employee Employment Classification: Regular Time Type: Part‑time Work Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hr Total Weekly Hours: 24 Responsibilities Provides constant one‑to‑one observation of assigned patient which includes providing a safe environment and positive interaction in a calm environment. Provides restraint care to patients in restraints. Identifies and communicates changes in patient’s status to RN and responds appropriately. Assists in orientation of healthcare team. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must have strong communication skills. Education & Training Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Training/Certifications/Licensure: Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory. Compensation Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $21.33 (actual salary/rate may vary based on applicant’s experience and internal equity and market data).
