Location: Pasadena, TX Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities
Assemble valves from components
Calibrate valves
Install and bend stainless steel tubing
Read technical drawings and assembly documentation
Conduct pressure testing and hydro testing (preferred but not required)
Troubleshoot and repair valve components
Requirements
Hands-on valve assembly experience
Experience disassembling and assembling Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs)
Lapping valve seats and discs
Calibrating set pressures
Performing seat leakage and set pressure testing
Understanding API standards and pressure relief valve operation
Experience with control valve assembly and repair
Actuator and positioner setup
Reading P&IDs and assembly drawings
Experience with Becker valve assembly
Leak testing and troubleshooting
Preferred Skills
Pressure testing and hydro testing experience
