It is with you that industry can do it! We are currently seeking Field Service Technicians who have the same desire to prove that industry can do it! Location Flexiblity: Candates do not need to be based at our Hagerstown, Maryland headquarters. We encourage applicants from Ohio to apply. Pay Range: $28 – $38/per hour (rate offered will be commensurate with experience) At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to: Set up, integrate, and thoroughly test equipment and systems at client locations to ensure optimal functionality and reliability. Demonstrate equipment performance and capabilities to customers, confirming proper operation and satisfaction with system standards. Provide rapid support for critical equipment failures to minimize downtime. Perform emergency repairs by diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective and timely solutions. Educate and assist clients on proper equipment operation, maximizing efficiency and user confidence. Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and internal teams to provide timely service updates and maintain alignment. Serve as the primary technical liaison, managing customer interactions and ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of issues. Submit detailed service reports, including parts used, time spent, and corrective actions taken. At Fives Landis Corp. and under the direction of the Service & Installation Manager, you will join the Service team.

We are seeking someone who has a minimum of a High School diploma or GED. 2 years of field service experience and knowledge of precision cylindrical grinding. Centerless and double disc grinding knowledge is a plus. An understanding of CNC machines with servo drives & motors.
