Core Responsibilities Fundraising Individualized Donor Cultivation New Donor Prospecting Manage Major Gifts Account Documentation & Reporting What will you be doing in your role? Take ownership of identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major and planned giving prospects, and coordinating the involvement of the board, president/CEO, and executive leadership. Ensure donor engagement events are successful, engaging and done with excellence. Develop activity plans and implement strategies for planned and major giving donors as determined by relevant criteria. Will frequently have face to face or other creative engagements with your donors. Ensure that each portfolio donor has a clear and customized strategy and appropriate timeline for outreach and stewardship. Monitor, evaluate, and report on progress and outcomes against agreed upon goals. Routinely meet or exceed financial goals. Maintain ownership of the donor experience, by stepping in to resolve conflicts involving donors or negotiating solutions with other CCFW leaders. Connecting with our community, you present the mission of CCFW with integrity, honesty, and enthusiasm. Work diligently to meet both individual and team goals, working effectively with all members of the team to grow our donor base. Must be willing to transport donors, stakeholders, or special guests. Cultivate strong internal relationships with members of your team and other agency programs, building a strong understanding of agency programs/services and establishing strong, collaborative relationships with the ultimate goal of donor engagement. Leverage your skills and resources of the agency to solve problems Are you the next Giving Officer? Passionate about CCFW’s mission and work. Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years’ experience in donor or volunteer engagement OR a combination of relevant education and experience preferred. Willingness to learn and follow proven Benevon® model. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and English communication skills. Project management experience a plus. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability required at all times; willing to transport others in personal car. Here's the Good Stuff... Full-Time salaried position. Pay is determined by relevant experience, work history, education and internal equities.
