Responsibilities:
- Assisting Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles.
- Help customers setting appointments, verify parts for appointment and reminder calls.
- Managing our CX Experience program from Ford for Pick-up, Delivery and Remote Service.
- Various other responsibilities to assist service advisors in providing an excellent customer experience.
- This position is apart of an award winning dealership with opportunity for growth.
- Strive to make sure that every customer is satisfied with the level of service offered by the dealership.
- Strong interaction/communication with service team, technicians and management.
Skills / Items Required:
- To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Valid Drivers License
- Team player attitude
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent follow through skills
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
