About Us

Roth Southeast, a Thermal Concepts company , is a leader in Building Automation Systems, Energy Management Systems, and HVAC Controls. We provide professional service and installation for new construction, retrofits, and maintenance projects.

What you'll do:

• Plan, execute, and oversee HVAC service projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project status.
• Assign tasks to service technicians and monitor their progress to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking costs and ensuring that all financial targets are met.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition from project completion to ongoing service and maintenance.
• Provide training and support to service technicians as needed.

Position Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service processes, and industry standards.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
