Concierge Security Officer – Orlando, FL GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on customer service in a concierge post. Your ability to build meaningful connections and reassure confidence will be essential. Schedule Full time: Thursday through Friday 11:55 PM – 7:55 AM, Saturday 10:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Sunday 11:59 PM – 7:59 AM. Flex officers are available by choosing from current openings. Responsibilities Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors. Manage access control. Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks. Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs. Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams. Answer questions in person or by phone. Write incident reports and communicate security concerns. Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. Documentation of High School Diploma or GED. Ability to pass an extensive screening process. Exceptional customer service skills. Proficient in basic phone and computer skills. Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus. Florida Class D license required. Driving post: Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
