Level 2 Tax, Accounting & Payroll Support Specialist (Fully Remote)

Handle complex and escalated customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone with tax and accounting expertise. Support payroll setup, processing, and alignment with bookkeeping and tax reporting. Provide guidance on quarterly tax estimates, S-corp analysis, and reasonable compensation. Core Responsibilities: Serve as the primary escalation point for frontline team members on advanced tax and compliance questions. Deliver phone support for high-priority escalations and maintain detailed case documentation. Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve experience. Qualifications: Strong tax operations knowledge including amendments, notices, extensions, and processing. Effective customer support and issue resolution skills to restore confidence. Commitment to data privacy, risk awareness, and cross-functional collaboration. Work from home with Monday-Friday schedule from 8am-5pm EST/PST. Follow US holidays and embrace adaptability, initiative, and continuous learning.
