Excellent Benefits! Job Details Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our product and engineering teams to create user-centered designs for our digital products. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. This position is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities Lead the design process throughout the entire product lifecycle, including research, sketches, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity visuals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into effective and innovative design solutions. Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products. Create and implement interactive prototypes to illustrate design ideas. Conduct usability testing and user research, analyzing results to inform design decisions. Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and trade-offs. Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Stay informed on the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to your work. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design, from research and ideation to implementation. Strong portfolio showcasing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and processes to stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles and current design trends.
