LPN Medication Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Care Manager to provide safe, accurate medication administration and resident care in our senior living community. In this resident-centered role, you will dispense and document medications, monitor vital signs and condition changes, and promptly communicate concerns to nurses, physicians, and families. You will support individualized care plans, assist with basic nursing tasks, and uphold infection control and regulatory standards. Working within a compassionate, collaborative team, you’ll build trusting relationships with residents, promote dignity and independence, and receive ongoing training and growth opportunities in a mission-driven environment.
