Electrical Supervisor

About the role: As an Electrical Supervisor with WECTEC Staffing/Westinghouse, you will work on site at the Palisades nuclear site in Covert, MI. This is a full-time contract reporting to the Site Manager at Palisades. Key Responsibilities: Manage logistics operations, staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards Oversee electrical work related to maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting within nuclear facilities Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with regulatory standards Lead electrical crews, ensuring safe work practices and high-quality performance Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets industry codes and nuclear safety requirements Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and safety checks Qualifications: Field experience in electrical work Prior experience working in nuclear facilities or other regulated environments Be able to manage crews and resolve issues on-site 5+ years of experience with electrical systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance Be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Relevant certifications (e.g., journeyman electrician, OSHA training, nuclear site clearance) preferred High School Graduate or Equivalent Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
