Floor Maintenance Technician

Job Description The responsibilities include overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. This involves timely completion of floor care areas on schedule; proper care and maintenance of floor machinery; the ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs; and the promotion of a safe work environment.
