About the Role:
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments and coordinating clinic operations. You will work closely with our healthcare providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Responsibilities:
Schedule patient appointments and procedures in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Coordinate with healthcare providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinic operations
Manage patient waitlists and overflow schedules
Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and schedules
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork
