Job Details Job Location: Hugos Family Marketplace - Store #11 - E 4th St - Park Rapids, MN 56470, Position Type: Full Time (35+ Hours/Week) or Part Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $14.00 - $15.00 Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, - The Online Shopping Clerk at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient online shopping experience for customers by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pick-up. This role involves maintaining high standards of quality and customer service while adhering to company policies and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities - Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct quantities and quality.

• Scan, bag, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Communicate effectively with management about any issues or discrepancies with orders.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
• Assist in restocking shelves and performing other store duties as needed.
• Ensure fast and accurate processing of orders to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications Required Education - High school diploma or GED - On-the-job training provided Preferred Education - Some coursework in retail, customer service, or logistics (optional) Required Experience - No prior experience required - Willingness to learn order picking, scanning, and store layout Preferred Experience - 1+ year of retail, grocery, or warehouse experience

• Experience with POS, scanning devices, or inventory systems
• Knowledge of store layout and product locations
