Be a Techie : Use handheld technology for immediate business decisions, product quality, order processing, receiving club pick‑up orders, and training. Be an Owner : Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date‑control standards, reduce waste, and provide member service—acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing, and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Advocate the brand, inspire teamwork, support a respectful and inclusive environment, and assist colleagues in training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and the Open Door Policy, while maintaining ethics and integrity. Complete work assignments, set priorities, communicate progress, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to change. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
