You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.63 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, loading docks, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, and assist with visitor, contractor, and vendor access processes. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations promptly to appropriate personnel and follow established reporting procedures. Document patrol activities, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology workplace. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
