Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in residential carpentry Minimum of 3 years' experience in tile installation (flooring, backsplashes, and/or showers) Physical ability to perform the required functions of the job, including the ability to lift up to 80 lbs What You’ll Do as a Lead Carpenter Independently manage 1–2 residential remodeling projects from start to finish Lead daily on-site execution, coordinating employees and trade partners Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards Serve as primary on-site contact for clients throughout the project Oversee both design-build remodeling and Home Services work as assigned Maintain overall jobsite organization, safety, and workflow efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
