Company: Advanced Aluminum Location: Central Florida Job Type: Full-Time Compensation:Competitive base salary plus commission or commission-only option (depending on experience).Position Summary Advanced Aluminum is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will generate new business, meet with homeowners, builders, and contractors, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to signed contract. This position is ideal for a self-starter with experience in home improvement, construction, or outdoor living products who enjoys building relationships and closing sales. Responsibilities Meet with prospective customers at their homes or businesses. Generate new business through referrals, networking, builders, and self- generated leads. Conduct site evaluations and take accurate field measurements. Recommend custom screen enclosure, pool enclosure, patio, and aluminum products. Prepare professional proposals and present pricing. Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Coordinate with permitting, production, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Maintain customer information and sales activities in the company CRM. Represent the company professionally at all times. Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years in outside sales direct-to-consumer sales, or home improvement estimating.  Previous experience in construction, screen enclosures, aluminum construction, windows, roofing, patios, or home improvement preferred. Strong communication and closing skills. Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements is a plus. Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record required. Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions, navigate backyards and occasionally left or handle sample materials up to 30 lbs.  Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
