Production Associate - Full-Time

Overview Production Workers play a crucial role in the manufacturing process within various industries, including power electronics. They operate and maintain equipment in factories, working collaboratively with a team to assemble products or goods. Responsibilities Operating Machinery and Equipment Follow instructions to operate machinery and equipment on the production line. Troubleshoot any issues with production equipment and processes. Quality Control and Safety Inspect machinery regularly and promptly report any faults to management and colleagues. Adhere to company safety rules and regulations. Ensure the production line has a steady supply of raw materials or components. Assembling Goods Assemble products or components according to specifications. Monitor the production process and perform basic testing and quality checks. Inventory Management Properly store goods and raw materials in the factory. Pack goods ready for shipment. Maintaining Work Areas and Equipment Keep work areas clean and organized. Perform routine maintenance on machinery. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a Production Worker (preferred) Skills: Familiarity with using power tools and other equipment. Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination. Physical strength and stamina.
