Enrichment Instructor

Position Details Position Type: Community Education/ Enrichment / Coach Date Posted: 8/5/2025 Location: District Wide Date Available: 2025-2026 Job Summary The primary goal of this position is to facilitate youth, adult, and/or adults with disabilities activites. Duties and Responsibilities Implement out of school time enrichment programs for youth, adult, and/or adults with disabilities Work with Adult Services and/or Youth Development Coordinator to obtain supplies, materials, and equipment needed for activities Cultivate an inclusive, safe, supportive, and positive environment for participants Communicate resources needed to make reasonable accommodations for participants with exceptionalities and special considerations to Adult Services and/or Youth Development Coordinator Assist with promoting programs within the community to encourage registration Follow all district safety protocols for in-person, on-site activities Ensure that district space is returned to its original condition once activities are complete Qualifications Age: Must be at least 16 years old. Experience: Prefer at least one year of experience caring for children Follow policies on confidentiality and mandated reporting Ability to mediate, problem solve, and redirect students in a positive way: motivate, support, serve as a positive role model and be energetic, creative, active, and friendly #J-18808-Ljbffr Brainerd Public Schools
