About This Opportunity Are you a driven, ambitious professional ready to fast-track into a management role? The Ryder Rental Management Trainee program is an 18–24 month accelerated career development experience designed to build the next generation of Ryder leaders.

This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. You’ll receive hands-on training across Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing — gaining the full toolkit you need to step into a leadership role with confidence.

What You’ll Experience Over 18–24 months, you’ll build expertise across every core area of the business: Finance – Understand the P&L drivers behind a high-performing rental operation Operations – Manage rental assets, vehicle PM standards, and day-to-day location performance Sales & Marketing – Drive revenue through inbound sales, outbound solicitation, and lead generation for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales Human Resources – Learn how to build, develop, and lead a team Customer Relationship Management – Resolve customer concerns and grow a loyal customer base Compliance & Regulatory – Ensure alignment with company, local, state, and federal requirements

Essential Functions Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database Responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle Pm and cleanliness standards Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base

Additional Responsibilities On a voluntary basis as well as based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee will be required to perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules as determined by Supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree required business administration or similar related degree One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred Must be computer literate intermediate required

Compensation Information

: The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below: Pay Type : Salaried Minimum Pay Range: $50,000 Maximum Pay Range: $52,000
