Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct various clinical laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure optimum function through maintenance and calibration of lab instruments.
• Support sample collection efforts and prepare specimens for analysis as required.
• Document all procedures meticulously, mentor new employees or students, and uphold the lab's quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health qualification, along with ASCP/AMT preparatory certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your career with us.
