Inside Sales Representative

Seeking an Inside Advertising Sales Representative (B2B Phone Sales) to sell print and digital advertising to business owners and marketing executives throughout the United States. We sell advertising space for USA TODAY's vast portfolio of national glossy Travel, lifestyle and government publications. These beautiful, high quality, stand-alone publications cover all major sports, lifestyles and special events, with topics ranging from Back to School, Hunt and Fish, Hispanic Living, to Modern Woman and Travel. Locally we also sell advertising on behalf of Milwaukee Brewers and the Green Bay Packers . Expectation is to develop new business and grow existing accounts. You will speak directly with CEOs, Presidents, Marketing Executives, Business Owners, General Managers, and other senior decision-makers across the count. Compensation includes a starting base salary of $50,000 , uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, company-sponsored incentive trips, and a defined path for advancement into senior sales and leadership roles. Additionally, we offer employee benefits which include: employer contributed medical premiums for both employee and dependents, Health Savings Account (HSA), and paid time off. Required Qualifications At least one year of professional B2B sales, inside sales, advertising sales, business development, or outbound phone sales experience. Ability to confidently conduct business over the phone with business owners and executives. Comfortable making high-volume outbound business calls each day to qualified decision‑makers.
