Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Harris Computer. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing mission-critical software and service solutions for various sectors globally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for software systems to clients in the Public Sector, Healthcare, Utilities, Private Sector, and Insurance markets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical problems and follow up on resolution progress.
- Document customer interactions, technical solutions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
- An associate degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $40 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $60 per hour
