Lung Screening Program Lead — Patient Access & Data

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a dedicated coordinator for the Lung Screening Program to oversee daily operations, staff workflow, and patient flow across referrals, scheduling, and follow-up imaging. You will manage the LCSP database, generate statistics, support accreditation, collaborate with Thoracic Surgery, Radiology, Pulmonary and Oncology, and assist in community outreach events; offsite hours may apply.
