Senior Marketing Specialist

The AMC family of companies strives to improve the financial lives of consumers. We are seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will manage and execute marketing and communications projects in collaboration with cross‑functional teams throughout AMC’s operating companies. What You Will Do Develop all aspects of the marketing and communication program, including but not limited to campaign strategy, project management, budget management, content planning, design, copywriting, list management and results analysis. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive and implement marketing and communication tactics that ensure achievement of strategic goals. Oversee social media strategy both paid and organic, by planning, developing and executing content including copy, design and production, performance analysis and coordinating team resources. Ensure all materials adhere to business brand guidelines. Communicate project statuses and deadlines to team. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure marketing and communication activities are implemented correctly and within desired timeframes. Manage project and program costs within established budget by ensuring marketing invoices are paid, tracking expenses, and providing updates to manager. Monitor and maintain data quality within marketing database and communication lists. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience. 5+ years of marketing experience. Prior experience with paid social media advertising campaigns. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite applications including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience using email marketing software, such as Constant Contact. Proficiency in other marketing tools, CMS, and CRM systems, such as Formstack, Zoom, SurveyMonkey, Wix, WordPress, and Salesforce. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to operate well in a fast‑paced environment and successfully execute projects. Knowledge of or experience in insurance, wealth management or financial services industries. Sound analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a variety of stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. *Credit and criminal background verification required on all applicants.
