IAM Security Analyst

Application Identity & Access Security Analyst Houston, TX | Contract | $40-$45 hr. | Onsite We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Security Analyst to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) environments. This role will focus on managing user access, supporting SailPoint/IAM, Azure/Active Directory security, and ensuring appropriate access controls across enterprise systems and applications. What You'll Do Manage user access, permissions, and identity lifecycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and account changes. Support and troubleshoot SailPoint/IAM environments and integrations. Administer IAM across Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows, AIX, and third-party applications. Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls, roles, service accounts, and privileged users. Monitor access policies and compliance with internal security standards and external regulations. Investigate access-related incidents, anomalies, and security risks. Develop and automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages. Support SQL, SAP, and third-party data/application integrations. Maintain IAM technical documentation, policies, procedures, and training materials. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of relevant IT/security experience. 1-3 years of Azure/AD IAM experience. 1-3 years of Azure Cloud Security experience, including PIM, Conditional Access, subscriptions, management groups, and resource groups. Experience with SailPoint and SQL preferred. Experience with PowerShell and/or Python. PAM experience; Secret Server experience preferred. Understanding of identity lifecycle management, least privilege, access controls, and security compliance. CIAM, CIMP, CISSP, or related security certification is a plus.
