We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Associate that is keen on driving a positive and highly engaged environment inside of the studio. Sales and service excellence is the cornerstone of Orangetheory Fitness at our group fitness training facility in Hendersonville, TN.

The Sales Associate position is a critical role that is accountable for member engagement, membership sales, flawless customer service and team collaboration The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and passion for growing the OTF membership base and providing high-touch customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Bring positivity and inspiration to the workplace for every shift. Effectively sells customized OTF memberships and other studio products

· Effectively sells customized OTF memberships and other studio products

· Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience

· Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems

· Make sales calls and follow up calls/customer care calls with ease

· Multitask effectively and thrive in a high-energy environment will maintaining productivity requirements.

· Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post) shift activities

· Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area

· Systematically contacts prospective clients and current members to increase memberships and improve member retention

· Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns

· Process accurately onboarding documents for new members

· Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure a flawless on-boarding & member experience

· Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs and team meetings

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· A positive attitude and a genuine passion for health & wellness

· Excellent presentation skills and driven by changing lives

· Able to multitask and thrive in a busy ever-changing environment

· Excellent customer service skills - including face-to-face and over the phone

· Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)

· Functional computer skills required – MS Office basic programs

· High school diploma required.

Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude)

Following up on prospective clients

Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution

Participating in marketing and outreach events

Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Mon - 3:30pm - 7:30pm

Tues - 3:30pm - 7:30pm

Wed - 3:30pm - 7:30pm

Thurs - 3:30pm - 7:30pm

Fri - OFF

*Sat - 6:45am - 12:30pm

Sun - OFF *shift might include 1 Saturday shift per month - will depend on business need
