IIC Therapist LPC, LCSW, LSW, LAC - Supervision Offered

Staffing for Passaic & Providing Clinical Supervision for licensed LSW and LAC Progressive Option Support Services is a multi-specialty group of therapists dedicated to providing a wide variety of therapeutic and behavioral services to adults, children, and families experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges. We are seeking licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D/Ph.D. (bilingual Spanish speaking preferred) to provide a variety of therapeutic services to children and adults across New Jersey. Background check and motor vehicle driver's abstract required. Responsibilities and Duties Provide in-home community counseling (IIC) to children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral needs. Deliver services based on an individualized treatment plan to stabilize patients and prevent higher level of care. Implement behavioral interventions and behavioral management techniques. Ensure complete and timely documentation of all activities. Use short‑term evidence‑based practice/interventions to provide counseling to children/adolescents as appropriate. Participate in child family team meetings as necessary. Schedule monthly supervision meetings to discuss current and upcoming family visits. Respond to texts or emails in a timely manner. Collaborate weekly with case managers on family/youth progress status. Qualifications and Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Master’s degree or higher required. Licensed: LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psy.D/Ph.D. (bilingual Spanish speaking a plus). Driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willing to travel. Dependable, creative, and enjoys helping others. Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem‑solving skills. Bilingual (Spanish, Creole, Sign Language, etc.) is a plus. Consent to a criminal background check. Schedule Monday to Friday Weekend availability After school, choose your own hours, and weeks as needed. Compensation Rate: $85‑95 per hour. Job Types Full‑time, Part‑time, Contract.
