Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job function include but are not limited to the following:

-Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Pokeworks

-Ensures Labor and Food cost % are held to restaurant metrics

-Prepares food to serve the FOH in a timely and efficient manner

-Keep inventory rotated properly

-Keep mgmt informed when inventory is low

-Delivers outstanding customer service.

-Maintains a positive demeanor during periods of high volume and unexpected events to keep store operating to standard and to set an example for the team.

-Assists with new member training by reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.

-Follows Pokeworks operations policies and procedures.

-Maintains a clean kitchen and organized workspace.

-Provides high quality food and beverage products consistently for all customers by adhering to the recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines.

-Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments.

-Maintains punctual attendance and adherence to schedule.
