GI Hospitalist with Advanced Procedures

A nationally recognized health system in Augusta, Georgia, is seeking a Gastroenterology Hospitalist with advanced endoscopy skills. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for a physician who enjoys inpatient care and performing advanced procedures in a highly collaborative environment. The incoming physician will join an established team with strong subspecialty support and receive mentorship from a respected advanced endoscopist.

Practice Info

Work at a large tertiary care hospital with more than 800 beds
Dedicated medical and cardiovascular intensive care units
Access to a broad network of specialists
Part of a health system that includes 22 hospitals, more than 2,500 physicians, and over 700 outpatient practice locations
Join an experienced team with strong subspecialty support
Mentorship from an experienced advanced endoscopist

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient gastroenterology consultative services
Perform ERCP and EUS
