FT Frozen Food Dairy Associate

Food safety & hygiene : Knowledge of proper storage, handling, and expiration date management for frozen and dairy products
Customer service : Ability to interact with customers daily, provide friendly service, and resolve issues effectively
Attention to detail : Ensuring correct product rotation, restocking, and removal of expired/damaged items
Organizational skills : Managing inventory, ordering, and maintaining product levels in the perishable department Glassdoor.

Technical & Equipment Skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and walk frequently Glassdoor.
Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently , with occasional use of a pallet jack for up to 2,000 lbs Glassdoor.
Tolerance for cold environments in the frozen/dairy section
Ability to perform repetitive hand/arm motions and handle cleaning/packaging materials Glassdoor.

Training & Compliance

Completion of Computer-Based Training (CBT) , training packets, and safety courses Glassdoor.
