Assembly/Production Associates - $18.75/HR - Blue Springs, MO.

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA ), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions has immediate openings for Assembly/ Production Associates for our client in the automotive manufacturing industry located in Blue Springs, MO.


Location: Blue Springs, MO.


Pay rate:

• 1st shift - $18.00/HR
• 2nd shift - $18.75/HR
• 3rd shift - $18.75/HR

The shift hours are as follows:

• 1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 2:20 PM (Monday - Friday)
• 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM - 10:20 PM (Monday - Friday)
• 3rd Shift - 10:00 PM - 6:20 AM (Sunday - Thursday)
• You will be required to work overtime as requested

Responsibilities:

• Participate on a production team as required per work instructions in an efficient manner
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Be self-motivated, a team player, and a fast learner
• Check all orders for quality, order accuracy, and proper labeling
• Have great communication skills
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds

Requirements:

• You must have a High School Diploma or GED
• You will be required to do an onsite interview at the plant, prior to being offered a position
• Must be able to pass post Offer Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
• Must be able to work full time and some OT as needed
• Must be punctual, and have your own transportation ( This job is not on a bus route)
• You must have steel toed shoes or boots at time of application
