Job Summary Are you a self-starter, with a superior work ethic, high level of integrity, and a commitment to excellence? Our company is seeking a motivated Trainer I to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Design, develop, and conduct training for the field force and Home Office. Training consists of online course development and training, classroom instruction, webinar training, workshops, one-on-one training, etc. Properly prepare all course development and training materials in advance with attention to detail (proofing, editing, testing, etc.). Exhibit professionalism through teamwork, attitude, attire, attendance, tolerance, cooperation, and conduct. Work cohesively with a team towards common goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required; in lieu of a college degree, 2 years’ experience as an Alfa Agent would be acceptable. Licensed in Life & Health Insurance and Property/Casualty Insurance (within 6 months of hire date). Educational or training experience preferred. Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise preferred. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and speak effectively in front of a group. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Must be able to lift 40 pounds (training materials and equipment). The incumbent may qualify for the Trainer II position if they possess the following qualifications, in addition to those listed above: a college degree; in lieu of a college degree a minimum of five years as an Alfa Agent, certification as an Instructional Designer/Developer, and at least four years of experience in instructional design and training.
