We are growing aggressively and need strong leaders. The only thing holding us back from growing is people. We currently have an Assistant Manager position open for our Paradise Valley, AZ location. As a manager, you will manage the overall team and provide leadership, coaching, development and direction to all team members. You will be responsible to ensure financial success and provide exceptional customer service overall to both team members and clients. What We Offer Promotional opportunities & career path Competitive salary and performance based bonus Benefits including health insurance & vacation All expense paid cruise for 2 to Mexico (for top performers) 1 Free Massage/Facial per month Employee discounts on Dermalogica & Clarity Duties Drive membership sales for the spa Effectively manage spa associates, estheticians and therapists while motivating the team in a fun, fast paced environment Team Building including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling Selling memberships and delivering great customer service to existing and new clients Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment for members, guests and employees Meet monthly, quarterly and annual membership, product and gift card goals Working various and changing days and hours (weekend days, opening and closing required) Expect to work 45-50 hours a week Job Requirements A strong attention to detail A commitment to excellence At least two years experience managing teams A passion for people and sales High level of enthusiasm Strong organizational/planning and computer skills Some Retail or sales experience with “membership based” sales model is a huge plus Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays Relevant and successful experience in a hospitality, spa, retail, or fitness setting while holding a position of responsibility You must me FUN!!!
