School Based Therapist - Framingham, MA

Job type: Full-Time (Onsite) Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with one late evening (until 7:00 PM) per week. Setting: Special Education School. Position Summary:

Seeking a licensed School-Based Therapist to provide individual and group therapy within a residential special education setting for Deaf students with complex mental health needs. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, clinical documentation, participation in on-call rotation, and coordination with community supports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to students and families
• Participate in a rotating clinical on-call schedule
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate with community resources
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in meetings and case conferences
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related mental health field
• Eligibility for MA licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.)
• Minimum of conversational fluency in American Sign Language (ASL); native or near-native fluency strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
