1st Shift Certified Nursing Assistant Apply for the 1st Shift Certified Nursing Assistant role at SanStone Health & Rehabilitation. Pay Range Base pay: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr. (Pay based on experience and skills.) Key Responsibilities Providing daily routine nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan: Assisting with activity of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, and feeding Monitoring vital signs and reporting concerns to nurse Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis throughout the unit and shift.
