Why You’ll Love This Role 100% Remote with a flexible work environment Supportive leadership and strong work/life balance Clear growth opportunities within billing and across the firm Stable, successful firm with over a century of history Highly collaborative billing leadership team What We’re Looking For 3–10 years of management experience in billing at a large law firm Expertise in complex fee arrangements and billing processes Experience with Aderant (a plus, not required) Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment - personality fit is key Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Billing team, overseeing personnel, workflow, and performance management Monitor billing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies Partner with attorneys and staff to design invoicing that meets client needs Provide reporting and billing updates to firm leadership Drive process improvements and implement billing solutions using legal billing applications Recruit, mentor, and develop staff while fostering a positive team culture Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of training and experience) Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with electronic billing systems a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
