Join Our Team! We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our Mansfield, MA operations. This role is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, order fulfillment, and providing administrative support to the production team. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment, strong computer skills, and a commitment to accuracy and customer service. Responsibilities:

• Perform all shipping and receiving functions.
• Package and fulfill customer order according to company and customer requirements.
• Verify quantities, batch numbers, label, and shipment accuracy.
• Prepare products or shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Coordinate pickups with carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to production operations.
• Support Accounting and Purchasing by providing accurate receiving data.

Desired Background/Skills:

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures and carrier requirements.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move product for the majority of the shift.
• Regular lifting of 10-15lbs.
• Frequent lifting up to 30lbs.
• Occasional team lifts up to 70lbs.
• Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, climb, grasp, and move materials regularly.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.
• Reach truck experience a plus.

Pay is $19 $25/hr. based on experience. Steady 7 AM 4 PM shift Monday through Friday. Opportunity to work longer shifts during the week to get out early on Fridays.
